The current plat includes 15.158 acres and has a minimum 35 foot deep landscaped area on the Airline Drive frontage. In order to accommodate a two building plan that we have designed, we must be able to move the south property line north 15 feet and reduce the depth of the Airline Drive landscaped front yard from 35 feet to 20 feet. As you know this particular area of the park is already extremely well landscaped with a number of mature trees. In addition, it is my personal belief that the current ordinance is excessive for an industrial use. I hope that you can assist me in this request. Please call me if you have any questions.
