Attached please find seven (7) approved sets of final construction plans
for the above referenced project. You will also find a list of the
development fee assessment related to this project, dated August 28, 1991.
Please provide a check in the amount of $95,406.20 plus 2% of the
construction cost for construction inspection fees made payable to the
City of Coppell, and forward it to the attention of Ms. Carolyn
Bebermeyer, Finance Department, no later than September 13, 1991. Along
with your check, please include a copy of either the construction estimate
or the contract cost.
