RE: Thacker Container Corporation
Dear Mr. Tubb:
You have asked for verification of the City of Coppell's commitment
to waive certain fees in connection with Thacker Container
Corporation's proposed development of the 5.01 acre tract in Park
West Commerce Center.
As I mentioned in previous correspondence, certain fees charged by
the City should not be waived as they are considered direct
reimbursement of costs to the City; however, the City Council has
agreed to waive up to $12,000 of the fees which would ordinarily
be charged against your client's development. This will include
waiver of water and sewer impact fees in the sum of $7,060, plus
additional building fees up to $5,000 which will be waived at the
time of issuance of building permits. I've instructed our staff
that these fees are to be waived, and they will do so at the time
these fees would ordinarily be paid.
I've appreciated the opportunity to work with you and hope to meet
you in the near future.
Sincerely,
,' 'i . .--- · '::: /
