Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have reviewed the above referenced plans for general
conformance to the City of Coppell ordinances and standards. The
following sets forth our comments.
The plans indicate Enterprise Drive to be constructed from
Airline Drive, south, to Wrangler Drive. This is contrary
to what was discussed at November 1, 1990 DRC meeting, but
we agree with city Staff that the entire road should be
constructed at this time.
Include Coppell's applicable standard detail sheets in
plans, as needed.
Provide engineer's seal/signature on plans.
For drainage, provide drainage area calculations,
assumptions and drainage design criteria.
On drainage Line "H", provide more detail of outfall, rip
rap, and headwall.
Provide dimensions for 2-66" pipes.
On Line "H", profile is shown 2-66" RCP and also 7'x5' box
culvert. Please clarify·
Show sanitary sewer and waterlines on profile of storm
drainage lines, especially where in conflict.
Please identify if Line "G" is part of these plans.
Where Line "H" - 60" RCP is in conflict with 10" sanitary
sewer, please address what will be done. The sewer line
located in top of storm drain pipe is not acceptable.

Provide details of relocation of 12" waterline,
between MH-16+83.96 and MH-17+13.96.

Waterline "E" in Belt Line Road shall be 16" diameter not
12" as shown.
Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections
to the plans as submitted. Should you haVe any questions or need
