Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 December 20, 1993 Mr. Don Carter 4550 Spring Valley Road Dallas, TX 75244 RE: NorthLakeWoodlands, Block 1, Lots 5-10, Final Plat Dear Mr. Carter: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of NorthLakeWoodlands, Block 1, Lots 5-10, Final Plat, located along Rolling Hills Road, south of Bethel School Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 16, 1993. The following conditions apply: 2. 3. 4. obtaining a waiver of the concrete paving requirement; obtaining a waiver of the alley requirement; including the Floodplain Administrators block on the face of the plat; floodway easement is tied down on the face of the plat with distances from corners; if the connection of the proposed 8" sewer line to the existing 10" sewer line leaves the right-of-way of Rolling Hills Road, then an off-site utility easement will be required; utility plans to be submitted with the final plat; and a minimum finished floor elevation needs to be shown on Lot 10. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 11, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
