Q Development ~orporation wishes to comply with the requirement~ of the Pl'anni~g and Zoning Commission. We will provide thet Right-of/J~ay fogr Parkway Boulevard as requested on the Final1 Plat. ~{owever~ we feel it inadvisable to utilize the additional ~-~ feet ~ north side of Parkway Boulevard as a future Acceleration Lane for west bound traffic. A disruptive and maybe '~ven hazardous situation may result when traffic is given the opportunity to accelerate and merge into a through lane shortly after a turning maneuver.
