GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary pl~ for the
future construction of Parkway Boulevard, west of Denton Tap Road, which will enable the
Coppell I.S.D. to gain proper access onto Parkway Boulevard.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff has no objection. All DRC comments have been addressed at
this time.
