June 15, 1992 Dale Jackson City of Coppell City Hall - 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Plat Submittal - The Parks Apartments Dear Mr. Jackson: As per the request of David Tatum, attorney-at-law, please find the enclosed 4 prints of The Parks Apartments for your review and information. As you are probably aware, the project recently changed hands and when the project was surveyed for that transaction the surveyor, McGuinness and Associates, Inc., noticed some errors and discrepancies of the original plat prepared by C.G.M. Engineering Corporation Landmark Survey, Inc. As a requirement at the closing of the transaction, the plat has been re-submitted with corrections made (Landmark is doing the correction with the blessings of C.G.M. Engineering). It is also our understanding that the review process has mostly run its course. Comments by the City Planning Commission has been addressed and I presented the plat at a planning review meeting last month. The only remaining comment of which we have knowledge is that TU Electric has asked for several 10 foot electrical easements encompassing their underground and transformer facilities that is not shown on these prints.
