Re: Paving, Drainage, Water, S~nitary Sewer, and Bridge Improvements for Southwestern Drive between Freeport Parkway and Belt Line Road Dear Shohre: Attached please find 2 sets of revised plans for the above referenced project along with the City of Coppell's preliminary markups. These are submitted for your review and approval. The improvements to Southwestern Drive will not be constructed until such time as deemed necessary by the City of Coppell due to traffic or infrastructure demands. In thc interim period, modifications of median openings due to site development are highly probable. As a result, Prentiss/Copley Investments Group wishes to delay submitting landscaping plans at this time. These plans can be more efficiently prepared at a later date. Also, in the interest of both the client and the City of Coppell, potions of the new existing 24" water line, which will be under one lane of proposed pavement, have not been relocated to simply avoid being under pavement. Relocation of all of this line would be a major unnecessary expense to the client and to the City. Being a transmission type line and not a site feeder, future taps will not be necessary, and maintenance and connections should not be a factor in the situation.
