Design, Inc. 500 Airline Drive Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Park West Commerce Center, Replat of Lots 1R-1 and 1R2, Block 2 Dear Madam/Sir: This letter is to inform you that the Park West Commerce Center, Replat of Lots 1R-1 and R-2, Block 2, to allow the subdivision of a 48.87 acre tract of land into 2 separate lots located along the north side of Airline Drive, approximately 2,100' west of Beltline Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 18, 1999, subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant acknowledge that site plan review with both Planning Commission and City Council will be required before any building can occur on this replat area. 2) Abide by Engineering comments (attached). The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 13, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. In order to forward your case to Council, we need by 12 noon, Wednesday, March 31", 17 additional copies of the Replat.
