Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the .Park West ¢9~amerce Cer~ter, Replat qf Lot IR-2, Block ,2 and Site Plan, to
allow the development of a 291,285 square foot office/warehouse facility to be built in two phases on
approximately 16.2 acres of property located along the north side of Airline Drive, approximately 2,100' west of
Beltline Road, were approved by the Copp¢ll City Council on Tuesday, September 14, 1999, subject to the
following conditions:
SITE PLAN:
1) Compliance with Leisure Services U'ee mitigation memo (attached).
2) Color board as submiued.
3) Show minimum distance of landscape buffer at property lines.
4) All plans should show proposed sidewalks or as waived by the City Engineer.
REPLAT:
1) Utility easements being placed on the plat as determined by TX'U.
This ReD-la: must be submitted for signa:ures by Cir,' Officials within six months after approval by the City
Council (March 14. 2000) or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. After City
signatures have been procured, it is the applitant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County
Plat Records Department. Please see the attached checklist for the requirements for execution of Final Plats and
Replats.
