Clearly delineate location of all screening fences, as well as provide height and
building material information.
Correct the following items on the Landscape Plan:
· All planting islands must contain at least 1 tree. (Trees missing in 2
islands: center island adjacent to Airline Drive and island at northwest
comer of the track court, west of the 2 truck parking spaces.)
· Verify that the parking shown to be 277,219 sf represents all the
parking, loading and sidewalks pavement proposed for both phases.
· Planting island should be a minimum of 150 sf of landscaped area. A
number of islands in the truck courts contain stairs. Islands should be
enlarged.
· Show all dimensions of all landscape buffers at all property lines.
The Leisure Services will have to approve the Tree Mitigation Plan.
All plans should show sidewalks linking to existing ones.
Indicate on the buildin.~ elevations colors of all exterior building materials.
Bring to the August 5u' DRC meeting a color board with samples of all exterior
building materials.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 5th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 5th DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August l0th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
