Remarks
We had spoken previously regarding this plat and you had indicated the urgency in
getting the plat approved for the sale of the property to be completed by the end of
the 2000 year. In regards to that discussion, I am informing you of the latest changes
surrounding this property.
City staff met at a monthly Development Review Committee meeting today and
determined that the proposed plat for Lots 2R-1 and 2R-2, Block 2 of Park West
Commerce Center (NW comer of Airline and Belt Line Rd.) may be approved
administratively. Meaning that review and approval by the Planning Commission and
City Council will not be required.
There were some minor deficiencies with the plat and these comments were faxed to
the engineer, Neil Culver of Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers to be addressed.
Once the engineer remedies these deficiencies, the plat may be submitted to the City
for signatures.

Fax copy of the staff report to Mr. Robinson at the time a copy is faxed to
the engineer. He represents Northwestem Mutual in the sale of the property.
They are attempting to wrap the sale up before the end of the year. I spoke
with Mr. Robinson on October 24, 2000.
