ENGINEERING:
1) If the utility layout, water and sewer and storm sewer has not changed, the
preliminary plat is acceptable. Please provide a preliminary utility map
prior to Council meeting.
B. BUILDING INSPECTION:
1) No Comments.
FIRE DEPARTMENT:1) Fire hydrants required every 600 feet.
Z) Fire hydrants and water system must be operational before construction
begins.
3) Uniform Fire Code 1985 is applicable.
LONE STAR GAS:
1) Still needs easements shown for utility installations.
Z) 10' lots l-Z0, Bock 4, between lots 8 and 9, Block 4, between lots 3 and 4,
Block 3, and between lots 1 and Z, Block Z.
E. GENERAL TELEPHONE:
1) No Comments.
PARAGON CABLE:1) Service is available.
Z) Paragon Cable has trunk line existing on south side of Parkway Boulevard
in R.O.W. Easement.

G. U.S. POSTAL SERVICE:

Z) Use of cushion sand under paved surfaces is not allowed.
3) Lots 1-ZZ, block 1, still have a parking problem. Do we want them to park in
front of their homes in Parkway Boulevard?
I. TEXAS POWER AND LIGHT:
1) Developer will be required to provide easements for electric facilities.
Developer will be required to provide conduit for street crossings on underground
facilities.
3) Developer will be responsible for difference in cost between overhead and under-
ground facilities.

1) This item is tentatively scheduled for May Z1, 1987 Planning and Zoning
action.
Please submit 22 sets of folded plans prior to May 11, 1987 in order to be reviewed
by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council.
3) Z0' Building line is required for Lots 1-2.0, block 4, (Zoning Ordinance 14.3(1,a).
4) Show zoning on Monte Freeman parcel.
5) Lot 2.8, 2.7 and 2.6, should be minimum of 4,000 square feet.
