Several of the comments listed by various departments are addressed below. Item 1. Additional fire hydrants have been provided for. Item 2. Drainage Area Map has been provided. Item 3. Area drainage breakdown has been provided. Item 4. Water line along south side of Parkway Blvd. has been moved to 3 feet inside property line leaving 10 foot separation between water and sanitary sewer. Item 5. The street name of Parkview Place has been changed to Alex Drive from Parkway Blvd. to Lodge Rd. Item 6. Kyle Circle has been changed to Kyle Drive. Item 7. The reinforced retaining wall shown along a portion of the south property line will be a variable height wall from approx. 3 feet to 1.5 feet to keep fill dirt for alley from overlapping property to south. Item 8. Contact with T.P. & L. has been made regarding power poles along south property line, easements, etc. There seems to be no prob- lem. Attached letter to Mr. Frank Trando, Assistant City Manager, from Univest Development Company should help explain lots facing Parkway Blvd. with rear entries from alley. Item 10. Curves on sanitary sewer lines have been deleted, and additional manholes added. Item 11. No homeowners association is anticipated for this project. Item 12. The linear lake areas shown west and south of the property is owned by Univest Development Company and is not part of this project. Item 13. The 3 foot maintenance easement shown on each lot is for access to perform maintenance on exterior walls of zero lot line build- ing. Item 14.
