Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Parks of Coppell, Tract 1, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on June 9, 1992, subject to the following conditions:
1) that they have a cement stabilized base along the creek
2) Block A & B provide 70' minimum lot widths
3) homeowners association be formed to maintain, provide
pedestrian easement
4) maintain constant water level in water features
5) no alleys on east property line or along green belt
public
