This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a final plat of the Parks of Coppell,
was approved by the Coppell City Council on December 8, 1992, with the following conditions:

FILING OF EXECUTED FINAL PLAT
PROCEDURES
Follow r,g approval of the final plat by the City Cour, cil, and
correct ior, of the plat as required by the City Council, the
informatior~ listed below must be completed p'rior to subrnission of
the Final Executed Plat to the Plannir~g Department.

must be folded. You may submit additional copies for your
use; however, the above mentioned amc, ur~t must be returned
to the City.

Wher~ the ir~fc, rmatic, n listed above is complete; submit eight (8)
bluelines, two (2) mylars, clear film positives and a transmittal
letter to the Planning Departmer,t. It will take approximately
3 - 5 weeks, to review and obtain signatures. Once the proper
sigr, atures have beer~ obtained, the Planning Department wiii
telephone the person listed as representative or contact to pick-
~tp the plats.
The representative shall submit filir~g fees and the required
nu~ber of copies with the County Clerk. The developer completes
the filir~g process and returns the required number of filed
copies to the Planr, ing Department. Said copies shall show on
each sheet, the volume and page of the Map arid Plat Records ir, to
which the plat was filed by the County Clerk. If the final ~lat
has not beer~ submitted for sigr, atures by City Officials within
six (6) months after approval by the City Council, the plat shall
be deemed nul 1 and void, resubmittal shal 1 be required, and
currer~t subdivision reguiatior~s shall apply~
