RE: PINKERTON ELEMENTARY AND LEE ELEMENTARY
Dear Robert,
I have reviewed your preliminary/final plat request for both the Pinkerton
and Lee Elementary School sites. As you know, the City sometimes allows
minor preliminary and final plats to be submitted concurrently on the
Planning and Zoning and City Council docket, if the plat is prepared to
basically create a legal building site. This may be the case for the
above mentioned sites; however, the City's policy is to review a separate
preliminary plat on the agenda, prior to consideration of the final plat
for the same subdivision. Therefore, you will be required to submit two
(2) separate plats; a preliminary plat which shows the location of
existing structures for review purposes, and secondly a final plat for
construction purposes.
Please submit 26 folded copies of each plat, so that they may be reviewed
by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council. If you have
any questions, please let me know.
