Landscape Plan is roughly 50% short of required landscaping.
On 2 acres or less sites, only one 40 square foot monument sign is permitted. Bring to
the Development Review meeting color building elevations and sample of building
materials to be used on the sign, as well on the office buildings.
Trees on the plant list must be at least 3 inch in caliper.
Spirea 'Anthony Waterer' not listed on the City's Plant Palette. Substitute it with a
Nellie R. Stevens Holly or another plant material listed in the plant palette.
Note that Landscape Plan is showing 83 provided parking spaces not 80.
Brick pavers will be required off of Town Center Blvd.
The Town Center Architectural Board will have to approve the building elevations.
Bring an extra color rendering and sample of building materials which will be forwarded
to the Board for their review.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should
not be followed when you attend the May 1st Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the July 3rd DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project
or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, July 8th to resubmit twenty-eight (28) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
