Realty Capital Corporation, the developer of the above referenced proposed project, hereby request
a variance to the Zoning Ordinance Landscape Regulations for the deletion of landscape area ten (10)
feet in width on each side of the mutual access easement straddling proposed building lot lines.
We believe this request to be reasonable and sincerely hope that the City of Coppell will give it due
consideration and grant this variance.
