Final Plat
1. Denote in the title Block, Final Plat.
2. Label fire lane.
3. Provide the floodplain signature block.
4. Label the 10' water easement as a sidewalk/water utility easement.
5. Show the sight visibility triangles at all ingress/egress locations.
6. Provide utility easement for proposed domestic and irrigation meters.
7. Remove monument sign from utility easement.
8. Relocate vault off of proposed 8" water line.
9. Utility easement should be minimum of 20' in width.
