RE: Pecan Hollow Addition - Preliminary Plat
Dear Bill,
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat was approved by the Coppell City Council on March 13,
1990, per the Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation, with the
following conditions:

that a Homeowners Association be formed to maintain all common
areas;
that the developer obtain a letter of permission from the
adjacent property owner to drain across that property;
that the homes with no alleys be front entry homes; and
that the alley in Block G be rerouted to run parallel with Lodge
Road.
