1. The existing 20' sanitary sewer easement on Lot 3, Block A and Lot 12, Block B is not
shown.
2. No trees should be planted on top of the existing sanitary sewer line located along the east
side of MacArthur Blvd.
3. Provide a 10'xl0' right-of-way corner clip at the corner of MacArthur Boulevard and
Deforest Road.
