DRC Comments: Pecan Hollow Final Plat
Submittal is unacceptable.
The easements ar not re::erved on the plat especially those along
the north property line. The landscape and access easement
dedication between lot:; ~8 and 9 of Block C is not shown or
indicated in writing.
Please check and verify ,~wnership of drainage channel area, obtain
permission to drain into channel and list any alley variances.
