Dear Taryon:
Pursuant to your request, enclosed are two copies of the Parkway
Boulevard (West) Final Plat and one set of construction plans for
Site Grading; Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage; and
Paving Improvements in the platted area. The plans have been
revised pursuant to comments received at the Development Review
Committee meeting on December 28, 1988.
Following is a list of major revisions made since the initial
submittal:

The profile of Sanitary Sewer Line A has been adjusted
to match the flowline elevation of the proposed 8-inch
sanitary sewer to the top of the existing 24-inch
Cottonwood Branch Sanitary Sewer.
The existing 8-inch valve is called out where the
proposed 8-inch main in the High School Access Road is
connected to the existing 8-inch line on the High
School site.
SITE GRADING IMPROVEMENT PLANS
A note has been added that the contractor should
provide a stand of grass in graded areas outside of
proposed street right-of-ways following construction as
requested.

I believe the plat and construction improvement plans are in
compliance with City of Coppell requirements with these
revisions. It is my understanding that the Final Plat will be
reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission on January 19,
