The plans have been revised pursuant to comments received at the Development Review Committee meeting on December 28, 1988. The existing 8-inch valve is called out where the proposed 8-inch main in the High School Access Road is connected to the existing 8-inch line on the High School site. SITE GRADING IMPROVEMENT PLANS A note has been added that the contractor should provide a stand of grass in graded areas outside of proposed street right-of-ways following construction as requested. 2. Other notes governing the Site have also been added. Grading construction I believe the plat and construction improvement plans are in compliance with City of Coppell requirements with these revisions.
