Dear Bill:
On March 12, 1990, I sent you a telephone facsimile showing a
suggested adjustment of the alignment of a proposed east-west
street in the Pecan Hollow Addition at the intersection with the
common boundary of property owned by our client, ABQ Development
Corporation. The adjustment consists of placing a curve to the
southwest in the street as it approaches the west property line
of Pecan Hollow. This curve will allow development of single
family lots on ABQ property between the street and the drainage
channel to the north once the street is extended onto ABQ's
property.
I believe you have named this street "Beechwood Lane" on your
plat. Please advise me whether your final plat of Pecan Hollow
will include our requested adjustment of the street alignment
within the next week. I understand that the Final Plat will be
reviewed by the Planning & Zoning COmmission on April 19, 1990.
