Need easement for waterline in cul-de-sac which is shown to extend to the west.
Show median at entrance. Need to denote median as a common area and a note: "To be maintained
by Homeowner's Association.
Show fight-of-way comer clip on PD plan.
The first cu-de-sac on left needs to be a minimum of 125'- offset from Bethel Road
