Installation of playground equipment on Baptist Foundation property on Bethel
Road between Coppell Road and Denton Tap Road.
Dear Bill:
Your request regarding the above-referenced subject has been forwarded to my office for
response.
The City of Coppell has installed playground equipment, lighting and a grill on property owned
by the Baptist Foundation of Texas, Branch Properties, adjacent to Grapevine Springs Park.
These improvements are identified on the enclosed drawing.
Pursuant to your request, I am forwarding this letter on behalf of the City of Coppell to confirm
that the City does not, nor will it, claim any ownership rights to the property on which the
improvements are located or any property owned by the Baptist Foundation of Texas, Branch
Properties. It is the City's understanding that the owner is allowing the improvements to remain
until such time that the property is developed. At such time the property is developed, the City
understands that the improvements will be removed and returned to the City.
