SURROUNDING LAND USE & ZONING: North- vacant land; "C" Commercial and "R" Retail South -Grapevine Springs Park; PD-108, LI East - Grapevine Springs Park and residential; PD-108, and PD-1089R (SF-9) West- vacant, scattered housing; PD-108, LI COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan shows the property as suitable for single-family residential development. In general staff supports this request with minor alterations as elaborated on below.
