The proposed entry median on Penfold Lane needs to be common area.
Show the R.O.W. widths for all streets.
Indicate location of lO0-year floodplain.
Provide floodplain paragraph on Plat.
Provide the minimum finished floor elevations for all lots adjacent to lO0-year floodplain.
During plan review and/or construction process, it may be determined that permanent
erosion control may be needed along the rear of the lots adjacent to the floodplain.
No development will be allowed in the lO0-year floodplain.
