Dear Taryon,
Attached please find 15 copies of the Preliminary Plat for
the proposed Riverchase Estates, Phase 2 subdivision in
Coppell. The application fee of $344.00 and the completed
application is also included.
This Preliminary Plat application is being submitted in
accordance with Section $-A of the Subdivision Ordinance as a
Tentative Plan for review and comments by City Staff. At
this time the engineering plans have not been completed. I
understand that this plat will be reviewed by staff and at
the DRC meetings, but it is not necessary to present the plan
to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
After receiving comments from the DRC meetings, we will
prepare the final engineering plans and Preliminary Plat in
accordance with the comments. I understand that the
Preliminary Plat fee that is being paid now will also include
the next Preliminary Plat submittal.
