RE: River Ridge Addition Preliminary Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of River Ridge Addition, Preliminary
Plat, located at the southwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Riverchase Drive, at the request
of CCM Engineering, was approved by the Coppell City Council on November 9, 1993, with
the following conditions:
1) alleys on 19 lots be waived,
2) the maximum cul-de-sac length on Bradford Drive be waived,
3) minimum street radius requirement be waived,
4) common areas be clearly shown on plat, and
5) Homeowners Association agreement be clearly shown on the face of the plat;
development of a system whereby potential property owners are made aware that
maintenance of all common areas is the responsibility of the Homeowners
Association.
