COMMENT STATUS: INITL~.L ./PRELIMINARY FINAL
1. Drainage plans and utility plans should be submitted.
2. The right-of-way should be shown to be dedicated not "proposed".
3. Escrow will be required for Sandy Lake Road. If the applicant chooses to attempt to get
the requirement waived it will require Council action.
4. The volume and page of the 15'x15' drainage easement on the north side of the site should
be provided.
5. The 50' access easement between lots 20 and 21 of Pecan Valley has been abandoned. If
so, it should be corrected as shown on the plat.
6. What provisions will be provided with the development of this church to insure that the
property is not accessed via the alley in Pecan Valley? Will a screening wall be built
across the alley?
