Dear Mark,
Please allow this letter to serve as a request for a variance on the
City of Coppell zoning ordinance section 32.1, paragraph 7. This
concerns a screening wall that would be required to be constructed
along DeForest Rd. on the northern edge of the Raintree Village sub-
division.
Basically, the reasoning behind this request is that the lots along
DeForest Rd. are below street level and a screening wall would not
serve the purpose intended.
Mr. Roland Wright or a representative of Ken E. Marchant Custom Homes,
Inc. will be able to answer any further questions the Planning and
Zoning Committee might have.
