The correct visibility easement should be shown at the intersection of Bethel School with MacArthur Boulevard. Please refer to the Subdivision Regulations for that information; 2. please provide the volume and page numbers of the existing drainage easement adjacent to Lot 36, Block H, and 3. the note on the face of the plat should indicate that the landscape area is to be maintained by the Homeowners Association, not the City.
