RE: Northlake Woodlands #10, Phase C, Final Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Northlake Woodlands #10, Phase C,
Final Plat, located west of MaeArthur Boulevard; east of Mallard, was recommended by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, November 14, 1994, with the following
conditions:
1. The correct visibility easement should be shown at the intersection of Bethel
School with MacArthur Boulevard. Please refer to the Subdivision Regulations
for that information;
2. please provide the volume and page numbers of the existing drainage easement
adjacent to Lot 36, Block H, and
3. the note on the face of the plat should indicate that the landscape area is to be
maintained by the Homeowners Association, not the City.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 13,
1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case should be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
