Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve MacArthur Park Addition, Preliminary_
Plat, located at the north side of Denton Creek, along the east and west side of MacArthur
Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
May 19, 1994. The following conditions apply:

Sight visibility easements are indicated along MacArthur;
all required easements are shown on the face of the plat;
erosion control protection will be provided where needed;
streetscape requirements are met; and
there be an East and West Flamingo Way
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 14, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application.
