RE: M~¢Arthur Park Addition. F'mal Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of MacArthur Park Addition, Final
Plat, located along the east and west side of MacArthur Boulevard, approximately 2,000 feet
north of Samuel Boulevard, was approved by the CoppeH City Council on Tuesday, March 14,
1995. The following conditions apply:
1. the name of this development shall be changed to The Peninsulas of Coppell. The
expense of changing our records will be borne by the developer in an amount not to
exceed $250; and
2. various fees will be required for this development, such as water, sewer and park
impact fees.
No construction may begin until the final plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this final plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the final plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to September 14,
1995, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
