The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment heard your variance request on June, 1996, for the
property located at 710 E. Peninsula Drive.
The Board voted to deny your request for a variance from Section 9-2-6(C) of the City's
Zoning Ordinance, regarding a wrought iron fence with brick columns to be located a
maximum of 5 feet beyond the front building line.
