RE: The Peninsulas of Coppell, Amending Plat
Dear Mr. Mitchell:
This letter is to inform you that The Peninsulas of Coppell, Amending Plat, to correct perimeter
portions of Lots 1-7, Block A, and Lots 33-35, Block B, of the Final Plat on property located
on the north side of Denton Creek, along the east and west side of MacArthur Boulevard, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on May 14, 1996.
Please be advised that this amending plat needs to be filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department within six (6) months. If it has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior
to November 14, 1996, the amending plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall
be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats, Replats
and Amending Plats.
