RE: River Ridge Addition, Replat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of River Ridge Addition, Replat,
located at the southwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Riverchase Drive, was approved by the
Coppell City Council on Tuesday, November 8, 1994.
No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to May 7, 1995, the
replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
