Minor Amending Plat of River Ridge Addition Block A, Lots 5 & 6
The corrections I faxed to you on May 4 included signature block for the Director of Planning
and Community Services as well as a certificate to be signed by the City Secretary pertaining to
the Planning Director's approval and citing the authorizing City Ordinance and relevant state
statutes. I circled the approval block in pen.
The drawings you have submitted have no place for the Planning Director to sign, and the City
Secretary's certificate says that City Council approved it. Your best course of action is to revise
the drawing with the Planning Director's signature block and a City Secretary's certificate which
relates to the Planning Director's approval, send it to the utility companies for another set of
signatures and get the signed copies to us as quickly as possible.
