Dear Mr. Parnian:
re: Minor Amending Plat, River Ridge Addition Lots 5 & 6, Block A
Ken Griffin, our City Engineer and Floodplain Administrator, will not sign the plat you have
submitted because it does not show the landscape easement as a floodplain easement as shown
on the original subdivision plat and because the lots are not noted as having a minimum finished
floor elevation of 446.8 feet above sea level as shown on the original subdivision plat. The
Engineering Department telephone number is 972-304-3679. Please address any questions you
may have to Mr. Griffin.
As soon as we have documents in a form which Mr. Griffin is willing to sign, I do not anticipate
any further problems in obtaining the other City signatures.
