A review of the proposed plats indicates that it complies with requirements
of the sub-division regulations with the exceptions of:
(1) Proper street right of way dedication and street
design criteria.
(2) The plat doesn't show fire hydrant location or access-
ability to a fire hydrant within 500' of lots.
Through staff review and discussion on this plat it"~§ our recommendation
that approval be made on this plat with exception that a fire hydrant be
placed in a location that would serve both lots according to the City's
sub-division regulations.
