Coppell Road Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Dorothy: Enclosed please find the Riverchase Joint Venture application for a specific use permit in connection with moving on-site construc- tion debris from its existing location near Sandy Lake Road to a site described in the application that will be located under a portion of the Riverchase golf course. We are submitting the enclosed application solely as an accommodation to the Mayor and the members of the City Council. The submission should not be considered an admission or agreement by us that a specific use permit is needed for the purpose described in the application. Our position is that we are not obligated by city ordinance or any law to obtain an SUP as described in the application but are doing so solely as an accommodation to the City of Coppell. In addition, the enclosed application for SUP should not be con- strued as disturbing in any way the existing SUP for golf course and clubhouse. Thank you very much.
