Dear Mr. Powell:
On Tuesday, November 18, 1986 Don Tipton, Steve Parsons and myself
met and discussed procedures that will need to be followed in
requesting to perform drainage improvements in a Texas Power & Light
Company transmission easement adjacent to the above referenced
subdivision. Hr. Parsons and Hr. Tipton agreed to meet Texas Power &
Light Company requirements in resolving this situation.
