BEING a tract of land situated in the James Parrish Survey,
Abstract No. 1139, and the S.A. & M.G. Survey, Abstract No. 1442,
City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the Northeast line of
Mockingbird Lane (a 60' R.O.W.) with the Southeast line of Falcon
Lane (a 60' R.O.W.), being dedicated to the City of Coppell,
Texas, as recorded in Volume 84113, Page 2273 of the Map Records
of Dallas County, Texas, a point for corner;
