RE: Riverchase Plaza, Final Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that the Riverchase Plaza, Final Plat, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on February 8, 1994. The following conditions apply:
Right turn only into the property at the southwest comer;
a right-turn lane from MacArthur Boulevard to Riverchase Drive, (as volunteered
by you at the January 1 lth City Council public hearing); and
modification of MacArthur Boulevard median.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to August 8, 1994,
the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
