Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Riverchase Plaza, Final Plat,
located near the northeast corner of Beltline Road and MacArthur Boulevard, was recommended
for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 20, 1994.
The following conditions apply:
1. Right turn only into the property at the southwest corner;
a right-turn lane from MacArthur Boulevard to Riverchase Drive, (as volunteered
by you at the January 1 lth City Council public heating); and
3. modification of MacArthur Boulevard median~
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 8, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
