Dear Mr. James:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a Replat of thc Riverchase
Clubhouse Addition, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, January 21, 1993, with the following conditions:

that they indicate the floodplain on the east 'and south side of the property
that procurement of the floodplain development permit be achieved
that the City is insured of a minimum 15" drainage pipe
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February
9, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council
meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
