RE: REPLAT - RIVERCHASE CLUBHOUSE ADDITION
Dear Mr. Daniel:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a Replat of Riverchase Clubhouse
Addition, was approved by the Coppell Cl~y Council on February 9, 1993, with the following
conditions:
1) that they indicate the floodplain on the east and south side of the property
2) that procurement of the floodplain development permit be achieved
3) that the City is assured of a minimum 15" drainage pipe
This plat will expire on August 9, 1993. Please submit the number of copies as requested on
the attached sheet to Taryon Bowman.
